My week in 206 words

So this week was kinda big. This week was the one month anniversary of my blog yay :) Also I hit 400 views (which seems really small and it is but it’s still a mile stone) and of those 400 one was from Germany two from the UK and three were from the Ireland, and I would have to say that it was really cool to wake up one morning and see that! Another really cool thing that happened this week is that I got a part in Shakespeare! It’s only a small part but I’m still really excited, and as my director always says there are no small parts only small actors. Random fun fact when a boy penguin likes a girl penguin he looks for the prettiest rock he can find and gives it to her (it’s kinda like a proposal ring it's so cute). So January ends tomorrow (:-O it went by so fast) and I have decided that in February I would like to “date” a book since it is the month of love with Valentine’s Day and everything. So leave book suggestions and I will randomly pick one to read it over the next month. :) See you guys next week!

Love is like an onion.

So I loathe writing posts about love because I think they’re stupid (well, the ones I write that is) but this has been bouncing around my head for the past week or so and I don’t really have anything to write about so here it is.  Like the title says, love is like an onion. This is because it has layers. Here are the 7 most common layers that I know of. So layer one where we have all the celebrities that you say you love because of a song or movie or something. Then we have the second layer, here lies the book characters (and yes they might not be real but you get to know them on a more personal level). On the third layer you have your friends (this is what I call friend love<3). For the fourth layer we have, drum roll please, your Framily (yes I did just make up that word) your Framily is your close friends that make up your “chosen” family. The fifth layer consists of family, the people that will love you and you will love forever. Then you have the sixth layer and this is unconditional love when no matter what this person does you can’t stay mad at them because you love them so much. The seventh and last layer is a possession and yes this does sound silly but everyone has something that their attached to and feel they can’t live without. So if you don’t mind comment if you like this kind of post. Also if you feel I missed any layers feel free to tell me in the comments and I will see you next week :)

Dancing

So I started this Ball room dancing class and it’s so much fun! When I walked into the place I was really excited about learning the Swing (which is the dance we were learning that night). One thing they said that stood out to me was that it’s really hard for a guy to ask a girl to dance (which is something you hear all the time). One thing you never hear is that it’s hard for the girl to stand and wait for the boy to come ask you (because you usually can tell if a guy is coming to ask you). There is also a lot of responsibility for a girl because they have to kindly accept or decline. Also it makes it really awkward for the girl if the guy is really quiet (unless it’s a slow dance then silence is ok, especially if the girl is smiling like an idiot and most likely as red if not redder than a tomato. Let’s just say I’m a very awkward person and leave it at that). So for all the guys that read this blog I will give you two tips: 1) Understand that it’s really Awkward for the girls too. 2)Talk to her even if you just ask her name.

Everybody has a quirk

Quirk (my) definition, a quirk is something that you do without knowing/thinking about it. Everyone has at least one quirk. For example, I have this bracelet and for whatever reason I have to wear it every day otherwise my wrist feels really empty, it’s almost like a security blanket. Also, I’ve noticed that over the past 1-2 years if I get really happy then I have a tendency to snap my fingers and if I’m bored I’ll do this weird thing with my thumbs (they’re double jointed) it’s almost like throwing them out of their sockets( it’s kinda weird). If you watch your friends usually you can find a quirk. For example, some people may bounce their leg or twiddle their thumbs (isn’t that a fun word twiddle. Also, it’s really hard to say bubbles in an angry voice. Anyway, back on topic.) Comment your quirks and I’ll see you next week. :)
